Domestic orders:  All orders are shipped from California via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the AAWSOMNET Shopping Cart at check out time based on your address. To ensure confirmation of delivery, packages going to an address with an apartment number may need to be signed for.

International Orders:  Product is shipped FOB Millbrae, CA USA. We ship the bottles in a non-descript package as a commercial sample of vitamins or gift of small $ value. We ship all international packages via US POSTAL EXPRESS MAIL with TRACKING, unless waived by customer for more economical shipping. This reduces the risk of loss to virtually zero. However, we do not know the importation laws of foreign countries. Therefore the buyer bears the risk of loss or any import duties. If the product is detained in customs or otherwise lost, it is the buyer that bears the burden.

Please note that the AAWSOMNET Shopping Cart will only use the EXRESS and PRIORITY MAIL rates to calculate international shipping costs. If you want more economical shipping we can ship US PS standard Air Mail. Just let us know in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SECTION of the Shopping Cart. We will make the adjustment after we receive the order.

Order Packaging
Orders are discreetly shipped in plain packages. There is nothing written on the package as to its contents.

Return Policy
Please note that all book and supplements sales are final! Please contact us via phone or email for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to returning any unopened items. Items must be returned at your expense in order to receive credit. Credit is store credit applicable for future purchases. Full credit is issued for any unopened items returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. Credit will not be issued for items returned after 30 days.
